I was very impressed with Minh House, located at 05 Nguyen Cao Luyen, Son Tra, right in the center of Da Nang city. Just a few steps away, I was at Bien Dong Park, K-market or CGV Vincom, and it took about 5 minutes to drive to famous places such as Love Bridge or Han River Bridge.
Homestay has a super chill rooftop swimming pool, airy green space, Asian architecture mixed with luxurious modern interior. Rooms are fully equipped, balcony facing the pool, ideal for virtual living or relaxing.

I felt very comfortable staying at Carol’s Homestay & Apartment thanks to its convenient location at 81 Ha Dac, Da Nang, just a few steps from My Khe beach and about 5 km from the international airport. The apartment has a large balcony and terrace, many rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a seating area and a kitchenette for me to cook my own meals.
I also enjoyed free high-speed Wi-Fi and convenient private parking. The host Carol was very friendly and assisted with airport transfers and motorbike/car rentals, which made it easy for me to visit famous spots such as the Love Bridge or the Han River Bridge in just a few minutes.
The space at this homestay in Da Nang is both modern and cozy, with a beautiful rooftop view that’s perfect for relaxing or taking some virtual photos. Room rates range from 550,000 VND to about 970,000 VND per night, suitable for both short-term tourists and long-term stays.

Another homestay Da Nang Vietnam I want to review is My Little Pig Home, 04 An Nhon 1, An Hai Bac, Son Tra. This is a place I really like because of its modern, pretty space with a beautiful balcony view. The room types range from Double Room to Family Room, suitable for couples or small groups.
I found the homestay very comfortable, the rooms are neat, have a kitchen, refrigerator, wifi and other basic amenities. Room rates range from 480,000 – 2,200,000 VND depending on room type. Convenient location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach, easy to get around.

Hana Homestay at 84 Thach Lam, Phuoc My, Son Tra is a budget but quality choice. I really like the terrace facing the sea and the comfortable space like a second home.
