I rented a minivan here for the price 120,000 VND (~5 USD). The procedure was extremely quick. I just needed to send back my ID card and pay by cash.

The car was well-maintained, the tires were inflated and the brakes worked perfectly, allowing me to comfortably cruise through Dong Xuan Market and stop by Hang Bac Street. The staff here were very friendly and even kindly showed me a safe parking spot while I went in for a meal.g.

I booked a bike through their website while staying on Ma May Street and received it right in the lobby after only 30 minutes for 250,000 VND (~10 USD) plus a 50,000 VND (~2 USD) delivery fee.

The bicycle was brand new, with a clean chain and sprockets, allowing me to comfortably explore the Temple of Literature and the Imperial Citadel all day without any problems. The rental process here was very professional, with a clear contract and 24/7 support, so I felt extremely secure.
